2. Vitamin A

3. Vitamin C
This vitamin is commonly found in citrus fruits and are needed by nursing mothers. Vitamin C can also help strengthen the immune system after birth.

4. Vitamin D
Calcium is an essential mineral for bone health, and women tend to have a shortage of calcium, especially after childbirth. Unfortunately, not many know that the body can not absorb calcium without the presence of vitamin D. The problem is, vitamin D is very rarely found in foods. For that, make sure you are taking supplements of vitamin D after birth.

5. Vitamin E
Vitamin E is basically an antioxidant that may help repair damaged cells and expel toxins from the body. It also helps you fight fatigue and trauma after childbirth.
