To prevent this, Sunita Pathania, a dietitian and diabetes expert from Healthy Living Diet Clinic suggested a few things, as reported by Health Me Up below.

1. Stop smoking
Smoking can increase the risk of heart diseases by two-fold. In addition, smoking can also harm the people around you who become passive smokers. If you are not a smoker, better stay away from smoky environments, because passive smoking can also increase the risk of heart disease.

2. Maintain body weight
Woman’s age is often associated with weight gain and obesity. Obesity causes increased risk of heart disease. For that, you should keep your weight under control. Avoid fatty foods or fast food.

3. Exercise
To keep the heart in order to stay healthy and active you need to exercise regularly. At least do 30 minutes of exercise every day. Regular exercise also helps pump blood throughout the body more efficiently and reduce the risk of other diseases such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and stress. Exercise also helps maintain the body’s blood sugar levels.

4. Nutritious food

5. Routine health checks
To prevent health problems, better do routine medical checks. Diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure are risk factors for heart disease. Always be alert and keep your health checked. the sooner the symptoms are known then the sooner you can handle them.
