7 Tips For Men To Produce Super Quality Sperm

Male fertility is associated with masculinity and sexuality, so it is important for men to have strong sperm and capable to fertilize the female egg. You need to improve the quality of sperm with a healthy lifestyle.

According to an article in mensfitness, men should note these 7 tips that can help a man to produce super-quality sperm, as follows:

1. Avoid Using Hair Loss Prevention Drug and Antidepressants
An active ingredient in hair loss prevention drugs and antidepressants can reduce the activity of male hormones. The FDA even suggested to the producers of these drugs to include the side effects that cause poor semen quality on the label.

Antidepressants, including Paxil and Prozac, can also affect fertility and can potentially damage DNA. Avoid the use of these drugs in order to have super sperm quality.

2. Do Not Go Cycling Too Often
The location of the testicles that hang is to keep the sperm at a temperature of 2.8 degrees cooler than the body temperature. Cycling can press and make the testis attached to the body of a man. Testicular temperature with more heat can worsen the quality of sperm. Prolonged pressure from a bicycle saddle can also potentially damage the arteries and veins of reproduction.

Exercise is good to improve the quality of sperm, but choose an exercise that does not put pressure on the testis. Also make sure  the testis remains in a state of hanging so that the temperature remains stable.

3. Limit Your Warm Water Bath Time
Soaking in a hot tub can relieve muscle pain, fatigue and improve mood. But too often soaking in hot water can affect sperm production due to testicular temperature that becomes too hot.

4. Drink coffee in the Low Dose
Amount of caffeine in low doses is beneficial to the velocity of sperm, but a too high dose of caffeine can result otherwise. In addition, coffee addiction can increase other health problems that are greater. Limit your coffee intake to no more than two to three cups per day.

5. Do Not Delay Pregnancy Too Long
Not only women who have difficulty getting pregnant when they get older, but men also have certain biological clock. Sperm quality will also decrease with age.

6. Stay away from Cigarettes and Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol and nicotine in cigarettes is a killer combination of sperm twice more dangerous than other factors. Nicotine also has been shown to decrease the number and quality of sperm production based on various studies.

7. Avoid Stress
Men are actually under stress as much as a woman or even more when facing with the demands and desires to have children. But these demands can be a pressure for men and causes stress.

Stress is also one factor that can cause poor sperm quality. Overcome stress by discussing this with the partner and encourage each other to boost confidence.
