1. Always perform safe sex

2. Learn to cope with stress
Have you experienced periods twice a month while under pressure? Stress can damage the monthly cycle, and prevent ovulation. A study shows, women with high stress levels are generally difficult to get pregnant. So it is very good if you start to learn to cope with stress so it does not affect your cycle.

3. Stop smoking
Cigarettes are very harmful to fertility. 6. Find out if your mother had fertility problems.
