A study reported by dailymail.co.uk explained that reduced sleep time will make the entire system in your body can not function and rejuvenated maximally. These health problems will accumulate and lead to chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and increased blood pressure. A number of these diseases could be a reason to make you experience premature death.
“Chronic insomnia often occurs for 3 nights per week, which lasted for at least 3 months. You should be aware of this because if left unchecked, it could damage the whole body and cells,” said study author Dr. Sairam Parthasarathy.
