Yoga, which was originated in ancient India, is a discipline that involves the spiritual, physical, and mental ability of a person.

Yoga is used and is being relied by many people through out the world to get relaxation in order to calm their soul and mind in times of stress. These people believe that yoga is able to improve their health quality as it is able to give positive energy in to their lives.

Of course yoga does not know gender and can not recognize ones gender, but despite that, this exercise is still dominated by women. Many men feels that yoga is more of a women’s exercise, so that they are reluctant to try yoga. What they don’t know is that yoga was actually developed by a man from India.

A yoga  instructor from the United States, Robert Sidoti, is also aware of this condition. He feels concerned that men are not very fascinated with this type of exercise. For this reason, Robert tries to attract men’s interest in yoga creating and popularizing a term for yoga for men, which is: Broga.

Yoga is very beneficial for the human health. It was previously known that yoga helps people stay young. Yoga also plays a role to liquefy blockages in the energy points. These blockage of energy points is what usually makes people unable to solve problems, feel sad, feel anxious, or feel like a failure to achieve a dream.

Yoga has many benefits for human mental health, not only that, through the balance of soul and mind that are created, yoga also plays a role to make the digestive system smoother, makes the heart healthier, help create stronger abdominal shape, help control weight, boosts the immune system, and become a recreational media.

Yoga itself is divided into several levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This is where the role of a yoga instructor is quite important. Yoga is not an easy exercise to perform. Yoga has many difficult moves so it is important for a yoga instructor to always remind people practice yoga according to their ability. Do not let the yoga trigger serious injuries. So do not hesitate to start practicing yoga in order to immediately feel the benefits of yoga.
