Well, recent studies have found that the number of people with type 2 diabetes is lower in countries whose citizens like to drink black tea. These findings support previous studies that says that regular black tea consumption is associated with risk of diabetes, as reported by Health.
Ariel Beresniak, a scientist from the Data Mining International, in Geneva, Switzerland, and her colleagues have examined the consumption of black tea in over 50 countries on every continent.
