Alcohol can cause many negative effects on the body. Ranging from damaging the kidneys, pancreas, or brain. However, research shows that exercise, especially aerobic are powerful to counteract the adverse effects of alcohol on the brain.

There are many efficacy of massage for the body and mind. Many people believe that a massage is the only great way to relieve fatigue after exercise. But apparently the latest research denies the belief.
