The word of the day ladies and gentlemen is…Fiber! Are you getting enough? Let me tell you about my last few hours relating to this question. I rose at 0600 hours; (that’s 6 am for you civilians), to prepare for the Queen Creek Boot Campers!” Go Team Queen Creek! We had a good workout and afterwords, I was questioned about getting on the scale to check progress. I replied by saying I am not a fan of the scale!
