5. Get Enough Rest
Whatever the reason sleeping at night must remain qualified. In addition to resting the body after a long day of physical activities, it also improves heart health. According to research from the National Sleep Foundation, sleeping at night less than 7 hours may increase blood pressure. While a night rest less than 5 hours are potential to cause heart disease.
So try to sleep 8 to 9 hours each night. If you have trouble sleeping or experience insomnia, try to consult with your personal physician to get a way out, do not assume that this as a minor problem although with only a little rest you can still do the routine the next day.
6. Brush your teeth
Something simple like brushing your teeth also helps maintain heart health.
