Chewing Garlic Can Prevent Flu

Chewing raw garlic is effective as a first-aid effort to prevent flu from getting worse.

“Every time I feel the top of my throat starting to itch, I immediately prevent it with garlic,” said Gene Stone, author of ‘The Secrets of People Who Never Get Sick’, according to Shine.

Gene knows that a lot of people do not like the taste of garlic. The stinging aroma often leave an unpleasant mouth odor. But, Gene presents a trick to get rid of the smell.

“I do not like the taste because it often causes mouth odor. But to overcome bad breath due to garlic, I always prepare chocolate to neutralize the odor. I often even  chew fresh parsley.”
