1. Drinking coffee too early
There are people who have the habit of drinking coffee in the morning. This is actually a natural thing because coffee is known as a drink that can boost energy. But it is better not to drink coffee too early. Because when you wake up in the morning, the body’s energy levels had rise naturally. Too hasty drinking a cup of coffee can make you feel uncomfortable. Coffee will be more beneficial if taken at least one hour after waking.
2. Small portion of breakfast
Breakfast with a small portion is often used by people who diet. But actually this is not good. Breakfast that is not filling will make you eat more calories and are more likely to snack during the day. In addition, you will feel a lack of energy and nutrients if breakfast is not sufficient to perform your activities.
3. Checking e-mail
Do not check your e-mail immediately after waking. Many people who are very busy and tied up with work, checking emails could be one of the first things they do when they wake up. Do not do it. Focus doing things away from work when you wake up. When you wake up, make your mind at ease with activities such as exercise, drinking tea, chatting with roommates and others.
