Does Drinking 8 Glasses of Water Make Your Diet Succeed?

A dietitian, Dr Carrie Ruxton said that people tend to drink in large quantities in order to feel full, so that they do not need to eat again. “Drinking water is used as a strategy to reduce the size of the meal. Usually they will drink a glass of water before a meal”.

Fruits and vegetables have a major role in providing quality body fluids that are urgently needed. A nutritionist also argues that the urge to consume much more water are because of personal interest.

Along with this, sales of bottled water rise rapidly. Effects of the National Health Service recommendation that suggests any individual to consume water in large volumes.

According to the Daily Mail, the recommendation to drink two liters or eight glasses per day is proven to support a declining scale. Beverages into the body will only produce more urine.

For optimal health, the dose of two liters of water are highly recommended. But this is a misunderstood by the common people. Sources of water is not only from water.

Spero Tsindos, nutritionist and diet expert at La Trobe University, Melbourne, said in an editorial published in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health, that thirty years ago he rarely found plastic bottles that package drinking water, but bottled water is now easy to find, and even become fashion accessories.

Water is considered as a product that helps make the body slim, while coffee is being more avoided because it is considered as a cause of dehydration.

Tsindos added, “The consumption of large amounts of water does not help lose weight, you better do a low-calorie diet. One study also found that the source of water from foods, like fruits and vegetables have more benefit role in your weight loss, than if you do not eat at all.”

He also added the importance of maintaining the balance of the amount of body fluids by drinking water, but also must be accompanied by fruit and vegetables. Previously it was also known that drinking plenty of water cuts diabetes risks.
