Drinking more than three glasses of milk can trigger sudden death

However, you still should not be too much to drink milk. For a surprising study as reported by dailymail.co.uk mention that drinking more than three glasses of milk per day can be caused sudden death.
Research from Sweden shows that some type of sugar found in milk is the cause of this terrible risk. Manifold sugar lactose and galactose is able to increase inflammation and oxidative stress that can damage the body’s cells.
“We examined the urine of some men and women who consumed more than 680 ml ??of milk every day. We also found increasing oxidative stress occurs in their body that can lead to increased risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes,” said Professor Karl Michalsson from Uppsala University, Sweden.
Interestingly, this study also found that the consumption of dairy products such as yogurt and cheese are lower lactose actually able to reduce the risk of sudden death and the fragility of the bones, especially in women.
