Eggs are super healthy foods high in vitamins and minerals. Eating eggs may provide significant health benefits for the body. Not only that, eating eggs, especially in the morning could prevent you from extreme hunger and desire to snack.
A study, published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition explains that an egg is a very dense protein foods. Eating two eggs at breakfast can make you consume fewer calories at lunch.
“Eating eggs has an effect on the absorption of insulin and glucose levels in the blood that will not cause a spike in the glycemic index. Which is why you always feel full after eating eggs,” said Dr Sam Christie, a nutritionist from the United States.
He continued that consuming food or beverages with added cinnamon powder in it also increasingly makes you feel full longer.
