Eat more meat to become more slim
Instead of being busy counting food calories to keep your body stay slim, a study reported from the dailymail.co.uk found another way that more fun. The way is by eating meat, fish, or other protein as much as possible.
The study was based when researchers from the University of Sydney conducted observation on those eating more protein than carbohydrates and fat for the last 60 years. The results is that those who adopt this diet showed no spike rates of obesity.
“The human body actually has a unique way of working. For example like, they prioritize in digesting protein than carbohydrates and fats. So if you eat a lot of carbohydrates, then the substance is not digested completely and finally accumulate in the body,” said Professor David Raubenheimer, leader of this study.
But he also warned that only eating protein alone can cause health problems. For that, you need to implement a well-balanced diet and if you want to lose weight, consume more protein and fiber than other substances. Do not eliminate any of the natural nutrients the body needs.
