Avocado is a fruit rich in nutrients and actually have many health benefits for the human body. This fruit had long been used by people for various purposes. It was even mentioned that avocado had been exploited by the Aztec society since many centuries ago. The fruit that they call as ahuacatl, is used by them as libido boosters, which means that it was used for aphrodisiac function.

So, people who are afraid to consume avocados because of their fat content, should not worry anymore. Many women also tend to avoid this fruit because they are worried that it will cause weight gain. Actually they should not worry about weight gain when they consume avocados. But, it is important to note that in order to get maximum nutrition, what you need to do is to consume avocado without the addition of milk, chocolate, or sugar.
