Food to prevent cellulite

Although it is arising in the closed area that is usually covered by clothes but cellulite still generate a sense of self-conscious. Especially if you’re planning a vacation to the beach and want to wear a sexy bikini.

To prevent those ‘orange peel’, there are three things you can do.

- Drink plenty of water

- Consumption of wheat
Excessive consumption of complex carbohydrates such as white rice, pasta and white bread, will be converted into blood sugar (glucose). The body tends to store surplus glucose then taken to liver cells to be processed into glycogen for storage, rather than burn it. It creates new fat cells, so that the fat is pushing on the skin and connective tissue cause cellulite.

To prevent that, replace your carbohydrate intake. Fulfill the needs carbohydrates by eating oatmeal or wheat bread.
