August 01, 2012 By: Roberto Category: Alternative Medicine

Eat YoghurtMost hate it when days get messy due to allergies. Allergies occur when there are overimunitas in the body after exposure to allergens, or substances that the body can not be tolerate. There are also some dangerous risks. It was known that allergies increases blood cancer risks.

After exposure to an allergen, the body will show “rejection”, usually in the form of hives, swelling of the eyes or face, stomach aches, runny nose, itchy throat, and headaches.

Here are some foods that can help relieve symptoms of allergies, according to Live Strong:

Yoghurt
Probiotics contained in yogurt helps boost the body’s immunity. A study showed that those who ate yogurt every day have stronger body resistance than those who do not. Choose plane yogurt rather than those with taste.

Vegetables
Tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, zucchini, and beans are included in this type of vegetables. These vegetables contain substances that can help alleviate allergy and asthma attacks.

Vitamin C and antioxidants
Vitamin C and antioxidants are found in most fruits, like oranges, kiwi, mango, strawberry, pineapple, papaya, tomatoes, cantaloupe, guava, and blackcurrant.

Honey
A spoonful of pure honey per day can build up the body’s antibodies to allergens, unless you are allergic to honey. Use honey as a salad dressing or mix into the drink.
