1. Eating foods that are crunchy
Crunchy foods like apples, carrots, celery and fresh popcorn helps clean teeth when chewed.
Flavonoids in tea help prevent harmful bacteria from sticking on the teeth, and also prevent cavities. Tea also contains high amount of fluoride which strengthens teeth.
3. Use alcohol-free mouthwash
Gargle (with mouthwash) can reduce the quantity and quality of dental plaque or bacteria in your mouth. Moreover, it can make your breath fresher.
4. Drink water
Drink a glass of water for every hour while you’re working. The more water you drink, meaning more and more bacteria are cleared from the teeth and are removed out of your mouth. It prevents the risk of gum disease, prevent cavities, and makes your breath fresh.
5. Chew gum with xylitol
Want to reduce the bad bacteria in the mouth? Just chew gum containing xylitol. Consume chewing gum to prevent cavities.
