Get Paid to Lose Weight!
An insurance company in Colorado, United States offers a unique program for residents in the state. As part of the program ‘Weight and Win’, anyone who successfully loses weight will be rewarded with money from U.S. $ 15-US $ 150.
The Kaiser Permanente, an American insurance company offers citizens in this state to participate in the ‘Weight and Win’ campaign in a way to lose weight and maintain the healthy weight obtained.
According to Genius Beauty, the company opened 12 outlets specialized in various medical institutions, libraries, until there is a herbal shop in the state. Everyone can participate, weighed and recorded the results in the video.
Once proven to reduce excess weight and maintain weight over the past three months, participants will receive prizes of up to 1.4 million per person.
Since it was launched April 2011, as many as 8,900 people have been participating in this program. And, the average weight loss reaches about five pounds.
For the program, the insurance company is providing funding of U.S. $ 500 thousand.
In early 2011 a similar program was also launched in the UK. Participants will receive prize money of 70-425 poundsterling, depending on how much weight they lost.
