Good and Bad Cholesterol, what are the difference?

HDL has the duty to bring back cholesterol to the heart from tissues and prevent clots in arteries. It gathered in blood vessels and clog arteries.
Source of good cholesterol can be obtained from almonds, cashews, olive oil, peanuts, avocados, soybeans, walnuts, tuna, and pumpkin seeds. While chicken without skin and meat have low cholesterol, while fruits and vegetables contain no cholesterol at all.
While the source of bad cholesterol are cheese, butter, cream, egg yolk, chicken skin, red meat, and milk.
Advantages and disadvantages
Because it is good, HDL has the benefit of lowering cholesterol in the blood, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. In contrast, LDL are evil, excessive levels in the body can lead to heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease.
That is cholesterol, both evil and good. Try to increase HDL and lower LDL levels in order to maintain your body’s health.
