If the pain already exists, you can do stretching exercises. You should know instant ways to reduce pain. This exercise will help reduce pressure on the bone, and strengthen muscles. These are some habits that are often the triggers of back pain, as reported by Fox.

1. Too much sitting
When you sit, your body will provide 40 percent more pressure on the spine, than when you stand. Remain an upright posture, it becomes important to avoid back pain. Take a moment to simply stand or do stretching for joint training.

2. Hand resting on the steering wheel
Bowing at the wheel will cause the chest and shoulder muscles become tight. This will also cause pain in the neck, especially if you are doing a long journey.

According to Darran W. Marlow, DC, division director at the Texas Institute chiropractic, back pain is becoming the number one complaint of many patients. To fix this, make sure you sit in a position of 90 degrees, and give ample room for legs.

3. Never exercises
Research shows that 40 percent of people who are less active after experiencing back pain, would worsen their condition. To avoid back pain, exercise to stretch your hamstrings and hips are the best.

4. Sit up
Many people do sit-ups as a favorite exercise because of its practicality. You can do it anywhere, and you can get a flat stomach. But the intensity of the excess will cause back pain because the muscles become unstable.
