1. Sleep

2. Vacation
Many people say that a vacation is good for mental health. Escaping from work routines, whether traveling or just resting by staying at home can relieve stress and lower blood pressure and heart disease risk.

5. Hang out
Having a good relationships with friends and relatives have some health benefits. Someone who often hangs out with many relationships tend to be rarely attacked by flu, has a better brain health and a longer life.
