1. Sleep
As long as you don’t sleep too much, it does not have any bad impact on human health. Enough sleep can even increase endurance, memory and keep your body fat composition.

2. Vacation
Many people say that a vacation is good for mental health. Escaping from work routines, whether traveling or just resting by staying at home can relieve stress and lower blood pressure and heart disease risk.

A study in 2005 proved that the happiness which is gained on vacation is not determined by the length time of vacation. A short vacation but done repeatedly is far more effective in relieving stress than a long vacation but done rarely.

3. Sex

Chocolate, particularly dark chocolate, is quite good for your heart and blood vessels because it can lower blood pressure.  Besides that, by consuming 40 grams of dark chocolate a day for two weeks can decrease stress hormones in people with depression.

5. Hang out
Having a good relationships with friends and relatives have some health benefits. Someone who often hangs out with many relationships tend to be rarely attacked by flu, has a better brain health and a longer life.
