3. Feel hungry faster
Fiber takes longer to be digested by the body. If you feel hungry 45 minutes to an hour after eating, chances are your body lacks fiber. It also means that your diet contains very little fiber. Therefore, make sure you eat a balanced diet that is rich in fiber and other nutrients.
