Acne for most people is a common private matter especially often experienced during adolescence. Acne is basically a skin condition that shows red spots and enlarged blackheads. This happens due to lack of proper skin care. However, the main cause of acne is due to the buildup of bacteria and dead skin cells that clogs the skin.
Even the excessive secretion of the testosterone hormone can also cause acne. Not only that, the pattern of unhealthy eating is also the main culprit behind acne.

Foods that are fried and contain a lot of oil which is one of the most important acne triggers.

The type of food commonly consumed as a breakfast menu and is usually preferred because of its practicality is very healthy and high in nutrients, but cereals are rich in trans fats that can lead to acne.

Foods rich in trans fats should be avoided because they cause acne. Frozen foods, especially frozen vegetables are foods that you should avoid.
You may be a fan of sweet foods such as donuts. However, please note, sweet foods containing sugar and refined carbohydrates that are high. Not only that, these foods are usually baked. To prevent acne, avoid sugary foods that are baked.
These are other foods that can cause acne. White bread has been refined using sugar whcih increases insulin levels in the body. This increases the secretion of testosterone that leads to acne.
Rice is rich in carbohydrates, especially glucose that can trigger the growth of acne.
