Crackers, chips, pastry, and baked foods
Many processed foods contain trans fats, usually found in the hydrogenated oils used to make the food long lasting.

Canned soups and packaged foods
Your daily sodium intake should not exceed 1,500 mg per day. One can of chicken noodle soup has more than 1,100 mg sodium. Imagine, excessive sodium intake can increase blood pressure, which is one of the main triggers of stroke.
