Here’s a new weight loss health tips for you. There is an easy method for you who are currently trying to lose weight. According to a recent study, people who are trying to lose weight should hang out more often with thin people.

The study, published in the Obesity journal revealed that people who want to lose weight, actually tend to have friends who are fat.

Researchers asked a group of people to describe four people close to them. Then they tracked the social network. As a result, their body mass change during the year.

The researchers found that people who want to lose weight often spend more time with people who are fat too.

But when participants spend more time with people who are thinner, the researchers saw something, namely those who are overweight are more successful in reducing body weight.

“There are many reasons why weight is contagious, especially in social networks,” said study author and assistant professor of sociology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Matthew Andersson, PhD, as reported by the Times of India.

“According to the researchers, this habit can be contagious, but only if you are around people who exercise every day, eat a healthy diet and being conscious about health will give a positive impact on you,” added Andersson.

Andersson also encourage individuals to establish social cooperation regardless of their body type in meeting personal health goals or just to make new friends.
