Previously, a new study has revealed that a cup of tea can help you solve crossword puzzles faster.
According to the Daily Mail, a natural substance found in a cup of tea can increases brain power and increase alertness. And then a study is conducted to identify further benefits of tea.
From the results of this study, researchers looked at the influence of a key chemicals found in tea that affect the mental performance of 44 young volunteers.

Previous experiments have shown that adding milk in a cup of tea does not affect the absorption of flavonoids or antioxidants and also does not interfere with or have negative effect on health.
Consuming tea is also helpful to reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer and Parkinson’s disease.
