Having sex with a partner can legitimately address the pain in the head or migraine, partially or completely. This was said by neurologist from Germany’s University of Munster.
One study found that more than half the people who complain of headaches feel better after having sex. It is suspected that sex trigger the release of endorphins which are natural pain relievers. That is why headaches can be reduced or even completely recovered.
2. Sit straight
If you sit with a slumped posture like the letter C, it could be a cause of headache you are currently experiencing.
“When we sit forward and the body forms the letter C, the head that is upward is tense, so that it makes neck tension and nerve pain, causing headaches,” says physiotherapist Sammy Margo.
So to avoid headaches, sit with your feet flat on the floor. Hips and knees should be straight forward.
3. Do not Sleep Intermittently
Intermittent sleep can trigger headaches, especially those who are addicted to coffee. Because caffeine directly affects the blood vessels in the brain. Moreover, if one experience low blood sugar due to a late breakfast, then it can cause pain.
Professor Anne MacGregor, a headache and women’s health specialist, suggests if you are a coffee drinker, then make sure the caffeine you consume are the same each day.

According to the head of Eyecare Trust, Dharmesh Patel, staring at a computer screen for too long can cause headaches, eye fatigue, or blurry vision. “So look away from the screen every 20 minutes and focus on something that is 20 feet for 20 seconds,” he advised.

Researchers at the New York Headache Center found that 50 percent people who suffer from migraines have low magnesium levels. Other sources of magnesium are green leafy vegetables, beans, peas, potatoes, wheat and yeast extract.
