Natural Ways to Relieve Pain
To ease pain, it is better for you to choose natural ways with natural materials. You simply provide the materials in your kitchen as an anticipation.
Bananas can relieve heartburn by reducing production of stomach acid. This material of course gives no effect on the performance of liver function, like drugs. What about dental pain and migraine, what natural substances can suppress these problems? Well here are a list of natural ways to relieve pain:
1. Toothache: Clove
If you are not used to going the dentist when you experience toothache, or if the toothache is only temporary, try to relieve it by chewing cloves. This method will give effect to relieve toothaches and sore gums for two full hours.
Research at the University of Georgia, Athens, says that natural compounds in clove oil, eugenol, is a good drug to kill bacteria that cause toothache.

While green tea contains antioxidants which are very good as an anti-inflammatory when there is inflammation of blood vessels that trigger migraines. You can drink a cup of green tea during migraine because its caffeine content can also relieve pain.
3. Abdominal pain: Bananas
A study, conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NHI) provides data if at least 60 million Americans have always had problems with their stomach every week, and even almost every day.
If you also experience the same thing, bananas can be a weapon to combat it. Banana consumption will ease the attack within 30 minutes. You are advised to slip a banana every day in the diet.
Bananas are also able to coat the stomach, preventing excess acid, and reducing production of stomach acid, says Teresa Graedon, Ph.D., author of ‘The People’s Pharmacy Quick and Handy Home Remedies’.
