Pallet Roxanne’s Raw Mushroom Diet
British movie star, Pallet Roxanne has revealed the secrets of her slim body. She said that to maintain a slim ideal body, raw mushrooms becomes her daily food intake.
The star of ‘The Waterloo Road’ also admitted, in just over two weeks her body weight becomes low after regularly consuming raw mushrooms.
According to Female First, Roxanne, every day, includes raw vegetables, including mushrooms into her food menu. And, unknown to many people, mushrooms are a source of vitamin B and is excellent for anyone trying to lose weight naturally. This menu is also low in fat and really makes you feel full longer.
Roxanne often avoids snacks and heavy meals while attending a party. She even took mushrooms with her wherever she goes.
Soon, she will start filming a new movie. She does not want her body to look stretched, therefore, she eats mushrooms more.
When asked about her daily vegetable consumption, she explains, “This is a new role, and I’ll soon be filming. Therefore, it is important for me and I have to look my best. Mushroom prevents me from going for fatty foods,” she said.
“I have been eating foods that are good for my diet. Mushrooms are one of them and they are healthy and it is an added bonus.”
She said that she had always loved mushrooms. Enjoying the vegetarian menu, gives a lot of energy, especially when she has a lot of busy activities. “I especially likes the James Martin mushroom soup, low calorie and very easy to make”.
Consumption of mushrooms does offer some health benefits, because they contain high protein and low in calories, they are very good for anyone.
Roxanne Pallet is not the only celebrity who loves to eat mushrooms to maintain her slim body. Katy Perry also have the same habit. Earlier this year, she explained that she loves mushrooms.
“I could eat a ton of them. I really love truffles but I almost never get it. Mushrooms in general though are healthy and good for health, I can not get enough.”
