2. Travel far
Traveling during pregnancy should be done in a way that is safe. Especially in the first trimester of pregnancy, when the fetus is still not strong enough to deal with shocks, so avoid traveling long distances. Also, try to avoid traveling with motorcycles.
Any type of food that has preservatives in it can cause miscarriage. Also do not drink juice in packaging, you should make your own juice at home.
Too much caffeine during the first trimester of pregnancy can lead to miscarriage. Approximately 100 grams of caffeine is allowed for pregnant women which is equivalent to one pack of instant coffee. To avoid miscarriage, reduce the intake of coffee.
