There’s nothing wrong with imitating their habits. Who knows, the habits of healthy people in five countries can make your body more fit and lose weight more effectively.

1. Japan
Everyone in Japan will immediately lift their hands up when they recognize the distinctive rhythmic cheerful music chant of the piano. Japan’s national radio station plays typical  music every morning for 15 minutes as a cue to guide people to stretch before undergoing their routines.

Movements, including simple stretching are also taught to children in elementary school. Beginning in about the 1920s, this one healthy habit is still practiced until today. Including, in large companies.

2. The Netherlands

3. Singapore

4. Norway
Norwegian families, loves to spend the weekend with activities in the nature. Ranging from just a walk in the nearby woods, camping to trekking.

Not only does it make the body more fit and trim, but it also could strengthen relationship. Thigh muscles and your back and legs can be much faster if  it is done regularly.

5. Cuba
Music and dancing can not be separated from the Cuban people. Since childhood, children are taught traditional dances that has very exciting movements and of course, effectively burn calories.

“Dancing in Cuba is part of the culture to respond to the physical rhythm,” said Yvonne Daniel, anthropologist and professor of dance from Smith College in Massachusetts, USA.

No wonder, if the Cubans are very reliable and of course dancing to swing their hips which is the key in Latin dance moves. They not only danced at wedding ceremonies, but also when gathering with families, including in schools. Dancing is also part of the curriculum.

For those of you who like stomping music, dancing exercise would be a fun way to burn calories.
