1. Standing while making or taking a call
Standing is better than sitting when talking on the phone. If you do this activity every day, at least 40 minutes, it will burn up to 42 calories. Leisure activities like moving the fingers on your feet can burn 40 calories, and strengthen the muscles of the buttocks and thighs.
2. Walking up and down the stairs
Walking up and down the stairs for five minutes a day can burn 43 calories.
