Medium Speed Walking could lower Stroke Risk

You do not need to become a marathon runner or triathlete to reduce the risk of stroke. You only have to walk at medium speed.

The researchers discovered that women who said that they walked briskly having 7 percent lower stroke risk than those who rarely walk.
