Healthy lifestyle plays an important role in early prevention of bone loss or osteoporosis. A team of researchers from the University of Toronto, Canada, recommends consumption of two glasses of tomato juice each day for stronger bones.
According to Daily Mail, the advice was based on a study of 60 postmenopausal women aged 50-60 years. In this study, they were asked to stop consuming foods containing tomatoes for a month. (more…)
