Wearing high heels for too long turns out to be quite dangerous for your legs. A recent study showed that it could cause changes to your muscles and tendon, and at the worse point you feel pain even when wearing flats or flip-flops.
According to the study which was published today in the Journal of Experimental Biology, a woman’s calf muscle fiber could shrink by 13% if the wear high heels (2 inches or higher) for five days or more.
