Botox is now not only used to overcome skin wrinkles due to the aging process. the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States has approved its use to prevent chronic migraine in adults.
In an official statement issued October 15, 2010, FDA recommends the injection every 3 months for migraine prevention. The injection point is around the neck and head.
