Foods for Healthy Digestion
When digestion is not healthy, you may experience constipation. The slow process in the large intestine cause discomfort. If it is continued in the long term, many diseases can be lodged in the body such as colon cancer. Cleaning the large intestine (colon cleansing) with a proper diet is the simplest way to maintain the colon health.

Start the day with a breakfast rich in fiber. According to the Mayo Clinic, you should eat at least 20-35 grams of fiber each day.
