Cover Your Mouth When You Sneeze and Cough
Coughing and sneezing is a contagious disease, but not many people care to prevent it. A survey which was conducted in the middle of swine flu pandemic issue presents data that one of four people does not cover their mouth when coughing or sneezing.
Most people use hands to cover their mouth, although health experts recommend using a mask or at least cover your mouth with a handkerchief. Hands can become a medium of transmission of the flu virus if we do not immediately wash it after sneezing or coughing. (more…)
