Inflammation of the gums or in medical term is called gingivitis, usually it is caused by dirty teeth. Gingivitis may also be caused due to errors in brushing teeth. For aching tooth cook some asparagus in wine, let it cool and then put it in the mouth, but spit it out after a few seconds. If you don’t have wine, you can make do with asparagus juice for the same purpose.

One item in our kitchen that is multi purpose and can be used in almost every dish is Garlic. A few cloves of garlic can alter the entire dish and give it new found taste. It is also a blood purifier used for heart conditions and cold.
