Drinking Plenty of Water Cuts Diabetes Risk
If you want to avoid the risk of diabetes, you should replace soda and other sugary drinks with water. You should know how to control diabetes. Recent research suggests that drinking lots of water can decrease the risk of diabetes.
Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health found that replacing sugar-sweetened beverages with water can help prevent metabolic disorders, which in turn can cut the risk of diabetes.
The findings are based on research on the drinking habits of 83,000 women who had been studied for more than a decade (10 years). Over time, about 2,700 of the participants developed diabetes. (more…)
