Many soda lovers choose to consume diet soda so that they do not get fat. But a study conducted in America found that daily intake of diet soda causes the risk of heart attack and stroke becomes doubled.
The study, published in the ‘Journal of General Internal Medicine’, found that adults who drink diet soda every day are 44 percent more likely to experience a heart attack. While those who never or rarely consume diet soda has a 22 percent risk of having heart problems. (more…)
