Exercise is very recommended to establish fitness and prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, cholesterol and heart disease. Exercise is known to be a natural way to lower blood pressure. But in fact, for some people, this suggestion seems useless. About 1 in 10 people will develop high blood pressure, cholesterol and other risk factors that triggers heart disease after they exercise.
