Exercise May Trigger The Emergence of Heart Disease Risk
Exercise is very recommended to establish fitness and prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, cholesterol and heart disease. Exercise is known to be a natural way to lower blood pressure. But in fact, for some people, this suggestion seems useless. About 1 in 10 people will develop high blood pressure, cholesterol and other risk factors that triggers heart disease after they exercise.
The conclusion was drawn based on a survey of six studies with a total number of respondents reaching 1,697 people. (more…)
