Chronic Stress Triggers Gray Hair
Stress is proven to trigger a variety of diseases like heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, until stroke. Besides being able to cause diseases, prolonged stress (chronic) are also able to make someone’s hair turn gray.
According to some researchers from Duke University, North Carolina, United States, hair color that changes is caused by the adrenaline hormone that arises during stress. The hormone can cause damage to the body, one of which makes the hair color change. (more…)
