placeboPlacebo or empty drug without content are often used by doctors to treat a particular patient. Usually patients do not know the drugs given were placebos, but the healing effect is more powerful than a real medicine.

Right and left nostril each have different functions. Exhaled breathing of each nostril also has different healing properties.

Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) is a climbing vine with twisted, brown rhizomes. It has a reddish stem that is long and thin. It has ovate, broad and small flowers with hues of green. It is known to contain healing properties in its roots. It is used to relieve pain.
