Some people choose skipping breakfast than having to be late to the office. Or some people choose to have breakfast in the office while doing their work. Breakfast is important for the body system to run properly, starting body metabolism and burn the body with nutrients and carbohydrates needed until noon.
A study showed that men who skip breakfast, it would be 21 percent more likely to be exposed to the risk of diabetes. People who consume a high carbohydrate breakfast have high glucose levels, but not dangerous because it will be processed into energy.
