Sleeping is very important for human, and a lack of sleep or sleep deprivation will give many disadvantages concerning human health. Another disadvantage of not getting enough sleep is weight gain, this certainly something that people want to avoid especially women.
People who have normal weight will eat more when they lack sleep. A new study from Columbia University found that adults who sleep less, eat almost 300 calories more than those who get enough sleep. This obesity is caused by extra calorie intake which is mostly from saturated fat. (more…)
